1. Send me photos of your vehicle.

Make sure to include the entire vehicle in your photo. Use a high quality camera (at least 10 mega pixel). Good lighting is a must. Don't crop the vehicle out of the photos (see the images below for examples). Objects in front of the vehicle are bad. Usually a photo showing the front of the vehicle and side at the same time makes a more interesting composition.

Note: If you want multiple images on your drawing, the price will be higher.

If you can't take photos, don't have photos, your ride is in pieces, maybe you don't have it yet, or it's your dream ride, tell me the year, make, and model and I'll come up with images to use for reference.

2. Give me details.

Here are a few examples of the details I need: Color and paint scheme, wheels, tires, exhaust, interior color. Do you want a license plate? If so, what plate details do you want? Are there any emblems you would like enlarged and included in the illustration? Do you want the year of the vehicle included on the drawing? Any other items you would like included. Don't go overboard it's easy to go wild and add too much to an illustration.

3. How do you want the artwork produced?

I use markers on marker paper, therefore the original artwork can fade over time. I recommend high quality reproductions of your original art. Here are some options for reproducing and displaying your art: metal prints, canvas prints, acrylic prints, water color paper, poster print, greeting cards and many other options, just ask.

4. The price.

After I receive the information from steps 1 - 4, I should be able to give you an estimate for the project. I require 1/2 down to start the project.

5. Approving the composition. Rather than wasting hours on your drawing only to find you are not happy with the composition, I will rough out a composition on the computer and send it to you before I start rendering the drawing. I want your approval before the hard work begins.

6. Receive your finished custom artwork. Your art work is delivered to you ready to display. Enjoy! Note: If you allow me to reproduce your art to sell, you can order your art easily in other formats. If you don't want me to sell copies of your art, it's not a problem. The choice is yours.
